DELEGATE Registration Fees Include

  • Participation in the plenary sessions, breakout sessions, panel discussions, One-on-One meetings, cocktail reception, and gala dinner.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all meeting days at each conference.
  • Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks during mornings and afternoons at each conference.
  • Event bag, delegate badge, event giveaway items, and event information.
  • Exclusions: Airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and tour.  Delegates are responsible for their own transportation arrangements.  Hotel accommodations can be booked through this website or by your own means, and the tour can be booked an additional cost through this website.

SPOUSE Registration Fees Include:

DEFINITION OF SPOUSE:

For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to take part in the One-on-One sessions or collect conference materials.

CANCELLATION CHARGES (APPLICABLE TO ALL CONFERENCES)

Up to and including Monday, 7th May 2018 Full refund for Delegate and Spouse Registrations
After Monday, 7th May 2018 50% of the total fees for Delegate and Spouse 
Registrations will be refunded
Failure to show up for the conference without informing WCA Staff to Cancel your conference attendance
in advance will result in you being Charged the FULL Conference Fee.
