Delegate Registration Fee

  • WCA members / Strategic Partners
  • Non-members

  • USD 1,350 / person
  • USD 2,350 / person

Spouse Fee

  • WCA members / Strategic Partners
  • At least one person must be registered as a normal delegate in order to register a spouse
 USD 950 / person

Included in Delegate Registration Fees:

  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda.

Included in Spouse Fees:

  • Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda. Spouses are not entitled to receive conference giveaway materials such as conference bags, conference shirts, etc.

Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment:

All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of registering. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again.		 IMMEDIATELY at time of Registration

(a credit card will be required for payment. An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)
Amendments to Delegate Information: You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 25 April 2025, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7)

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above mentioned date then please send an email to registration@wcaecommerce.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Failure to Cancel your conference registration within Friday, 25 April 2025, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7), will result in 100% cancellation fees.
  • 100% refund if cancelled within Friday, 25 April 2025, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).
