Due to other major events happening in Singapore during the February 2023 and many hotels still not operating at 100% capacity due to staffing issues in the tourism sector, we have only been able to secure rooms for the WCA First conference (only) at Pan Pacific Singapore. We recommend you to book your accommodations as follows:

1. If attending WCA First only – we suggest that you book Pan Pacific Singapore because this is where all the functions will take place. This hotel is only available during the WCA First conference so you would need to switch hotels if you are planning to attend WCAworldwide Conference also.
2. If attending WCA First + WCAworldwide – we suggest you book JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. This hotel is 10 minutes walking distance to Pan Pacific (900 m). During the WCAworldwide Conference (18 – 22 February), shuttle bus services to/from the conference venue (Sands Expo & Convention Centre) will be provided from this hotel.
