No Refund

• Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges even if you did not pay your registration fee.  You will be barred from registering for future conferences until payment is received.
• Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.  If you register in our system then you are considered registered and are expected to attend the conference unless you advise WCAworld staff to cancel your registration within 10 February 2023.
• In case the conference is fully booked, WCAworld reserves the right to cancel your registration in order to make space for other delegates who wish to attend and are willing to make payment immediately.
• You can cancel your conference registration by sending an email to WCAworld staff or registration@wcaworld.com

• An Invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day), however we recommend you to make payment immediately by Credit Card or Partner Pay to secure your conference registration.
• Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay are accepted.
• You can use the details on the ORDER CONFIRMATION to make immediate payment while waiting for our accounting department to issue an official invoice to you.
