WCA First 25th Annual Conference 2026 will be held at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. If you are attending both WCA First and WCAworldwide Conferences, please note that the hotels is NOT within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands where the WCAworldwide Annual Conference is being held.

Shuttle services will be provided one-way from the hotel to hotels offered by WCAworldwide on the final day of WCA First at 17:00-17:15.

All conference fees must be paid at the time of registering / booking. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to rebook again.

(a credit card will be required for payment. An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

Amendments to Hotel Requirements:

You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 13 February 2026, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above mentioned date then please send an email to reservation@wcaworld.com

CANCELLATION:

WITHIN Friday, 13 February 2026, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).	100% refund
AFTER Friday, 13 February 2026, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).	No Refund (only if we are able to replace your room booking with someone else then we will fully refund your hotel fees)

	Single Occupancy- ONE person occupying a room with either One King-Sized bed or Two Small beds depending on availability at the hotel at time of check-in.
OR +	Double / Twin Occupancy- TWO persons occupying a room with either either One King-Sized bed or Two Small beds. By default, the hotel will assign One King-Sized bed for couples and Two small beds for people of the same sex, however beds will be assigned according to availability at time of check-in.
