| 08:30 hrs: Meet at DWTC, sign the tour book and receive your wrist band. |
| 09:00 hrs: Depart for the tour and visit Souk Madinat Jumeirah, a beautiful re-creation of an Arabian style marketplace. After a photo stop at the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel, your drive continues to Palm Jumeirah, a fully reclaimed, palm shaped island that is home to the magnificent Atlantis, THE Palm. The next stop will bring you to Dubai Marina, the largest man-made marina in the world, where you can take pictures of luxury yachts and the modern high-rise buildings and their unique architecture. Our Journey continues to explore Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road, FOLLOWED BY A Lunch Break for 1 hour at a good hotel restaurant with water and soft drinks. Lunch is followed by a visit to a Gold souk. |
| 16:00 hrs: All delegates will be dropped off at Dubai World Trade Center, so that they have time to freshen up for the welcome cocktail reception which starts at 19:00 hrs at DWTC. |

| 09.10 - 10.00 hrs : Drive to Meeting Point in the desert |
| 10.00 – 10.05 hrs : Start the Desert Dune drive in a convoy |
| 10.30 – 11.00 hrs : Reach to the Camp site and enjoy the Camp activity - Camel Ride, Sand Boarding, Shisha, Arabic coffee, falcon for photo and Water soft drinks |
| 12.00 – Buffet Lunch in the Desert Safari Camp site (Orient Tours camp site) water , Tea, coffee, Arabic sweets and cut fruits |
| 13.00 – 13:45 - Exclusive Live shows: Belly Dance show, Tanoura dance show – only two shows |

| 14:30 - Drop back to DWTC |
Note that this tour utilizes 4-wheel drive vehicles and can be rough when driving through the desert. If you are susceptible to motion sickness then this tour may not be suitable for you.
DUBAI WEATHER CONDITIONS IN FEBRUARY: The average high in Dubai is 25°C and the average low is 16°C at night. The humidity is low with very little chance of rain.
DRESS: Short pants, short sleeved shirts, rubber or mesh sports shoes, hat, and sunglasses.
