24TH WCA First Conference: A Brand-New Concept for 2025


We are delighted to welcome all WCA First members back to the exciting city of Dubai for the launch of a brand-new concept for the annual conference.

Following feedback from members and to recognise the unique nature of WCA First we have undertaken a complete overhaul of the conference to ensure that WCA First Owners, CEOs, Presidents and senior executive staff get to network in an environment that can only breed greater cooperation and exchange of ideas between members.

Designed to provide additional value for all members we have incorporated a significantly redesigned program, including:

  • Moving the conference to a 5-star luxury hotel on the Dubai Palm (Fairmont The Palm). We will provide complementary transport for all delegates at the end of the conference to either their Worldwide Conference hotel, or to the airport for those returning home.
  • Only Owners, CEOs, Presidents, General Managers and senior executive decision makers will be permitted to register for the conference. This will ensure that all participants will be networking with their peers and have to opportunity to forge company-to-company relationships at the highest level.
  • The event will include a themed evening dinner party cruise taking in the sights of Dubai aboard a luxury mega yacht. This will include gourmet food and entertainment.
  • We will be hosting a series of seminars/workshops from global business leaders and speakers throughout the conference. These will cover a range of thought-provoking subjects designed to aid the decision making and future planning for all independent forwarders.
  • We will host a flexible social networking session, where members can meet one-to-one or in groups to share ideas, create new business and reinforce the many existing partnerships within the group. This will include on-demand five-star food and beverages for all delegates.
  • A specially designed spouse/family program has been developed to ensure wives, partners and family members have the opportunity to enjoy the many fun activities and sights Dubai offers. This includes a complementary 1-hour spa treatment for all spouse/family delegates and full access to the excellent in-house hotel kids club, as well as access to the hotel’s highly acclaimed swimming pools and water sports facilities.
  • The conference will include a shorter One-on-One meeting schedule on the final afternoon.
