  • BOOTH and SPONSORSHIP packages will be open for reservations on Wednesday, 25 September 2024, at 16:00 hrs (BKK time).
  • WCAworld does not accept advanced reservations for booths or sponsorship packages in order to ensure that all members have equal opportunity to reserve the booth location or sponsorship packages of their choice.
  • There are now THREE tiers of booth pricing depending on the booth’s location and ALL regular booth sizes (3m x 2m) now include TWO conference registrations

LARGE BOOTHS (9m x 6m = 54 m2)

  • Large booths are very limited in number and prices start at USD 75,000 for space and build-up only.  This price does not include delegate passes, additional booth furniture, etc.
  • Interested parties must contact Pui (pui@wcaworld.com) before Friday, 25 July 2024 and pay a non-refundable booking fee of USD 15,000 for their booth booking (subject to availability).  If WCAworld does not receive the booking fee within this date then we will offer your large booth to another member and you will forfeit your booking fee entirely.  Exhibitor who had large booths during WCAworldwide 2024 are not required to pay a booking fee.
  • Inquiries will be handled on a first-come-first served basis by email only.  Please do not phone or send whatsapp messages, etc.  Only emails will be considered.
  • Unsold Large booths will be converted to Regular booths before 25 September 2024.

PAYMENT:

WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of booking. IMMEDIATELY
(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WITHIN

AFTER
Friday, 24 January 2025, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7). 		No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until 24 January 2025.
  • After 24 January 2025, you will need to send an email to booth@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship.

To cancel your booth(s) before the cancellation deadline, please logon to the Registration Page and cancel your order from there.

To cancel after the deadline, please send an email to booth@wcaworld.com.
