DELEGATE FEES

WCA First AND WCAworldwide: If registering for both WCA First AND WCAworldwide, then you will receive the below discounts. These discounts will be credited to your company by credit note immediately AFTER the WCAworldwide event finishes.  We apologize for this inconvenience, which results from last-minute changes to the WCA First program.

Discount amount for DELEGATE Registration WCA First & WCAworldwide: (USD 200 /person)
Discount amount for SPOUSE Registration WCA First & WCAworldwide (- USD 150 /person)

Included in Delegate Registration Fees:

• Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours, Golf, and the Football tournament (note that some of these are only available during WCAworldwide).

Included in Spouse Fees:

• Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours, Golf, and Football (note that some of these are only available during WCAworldwide).

Exclusions:

• Airport transportation
• Hotel accommodations
• Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)
• Tour
• Golf
• Football Tournament

New WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of registering. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again.
