If you wish to send materials (ie. brochures and giveaway items) to Dubai to be used during the conference then we suggest that you contact Emirates Logistics LLC. They are WCAworld’s designated ground handler for the Dubai conferences and will be in charge of sending all our conference materials to the conference venues and will have easy access to Conrad Dubai Hotel (for the WCA First conference) and Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) for the WCAworldwide conference.
