  • Delegates are staff only from member offices registered as WCA Projects
  • Participation in One-on-One meetings.
  • Daily Buffet Lunch on all meeting days (13-15 May 2022).
  • Coffee and Tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled Coffee Break Snacks in the morning and afternoons of each meeting day.
  • Welcome Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner.
  • Delegate badge and event information.
  • City tours will be OPTIONAL with additional cost.
  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS NOT PROVIDED.

Definition of SPOUSE: For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to have their own One-on-One Meeting Scheduler or collect conference materials.

CONFERENCE PAYMENT

  • Shortly after registering, an invoice will be sent to your email address.
  • PARTNER PAY is the preferred payment method. A ONE-time rebate of USD 50 per member company will be credited to your account AFTER the conference. This offer will be applicable when paying for ALL conference fees by Partner Pay. This offer is not applicable to multiple payments.
  • Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received.
  • Please pay the full prices listed on your invoices first. Multiple attendee discounts, and Partner Pay discounts will be calculated and rebated to your Partner Pay account AFTER the conference is finished.
