Delegate Registration Fee (WCA African Regional)
(10 – 13 June 2024) 		USD 1,350 /person
Spouse Fee (WCA African Regional)
(10 – 13 June 2024) 		USD 850 /person

Included in Delegate Registration Fees:

  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours and other programs as stated
Included in Spouse Fees:

  • Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except the Tour

Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)
  • Tour

PAYMENT:

Payment:

New WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of registering. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again. 		IMMEDIATELY at time of Registration (a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)
Amendments to Delegate Information: You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 24 May 2024 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7).

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above mentioned date then please send an email to registration_regional@wcaworld.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WITHIN
Friday, 24 May 2024 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7).		 100% refund
AFTER
Friday, 24 May 2024 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7).		 No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges even if you did not pay your registration fee (you will be barred from registering for future conferences until payment is received).
  • You can cancel or edit your conference registration details by logging on to the Registration Page.

Logon to the Registration Page to make any required changes to your delegate details.
You can edit your own delegate details until Friday, 24 May 2024.
