PAYMENT:

New WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of booking. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again. IMMEDIATELY
(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

AFTER
Friday, 10 May 2024, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).		 No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until 10 May 2024. 
    After 10 May 2024, you will need to send an email to sponsor_regional@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship.

To cancel your sponsor package before the cancellation deadline,
please logon to the Registration Page and cancel your package from there.
To cancel after the deadline, please send an email to sponsor_regional@wcaworld.com.
