(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

Friday, 16 January 2026, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).		 No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until 16 January 2026.  
    After 16 January 2026, you will need to send an email to sponsor@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship.
