If you wish to send materials (ie. brochures and giveaway items) to Antwerp to be used during the conference then we suggest that you contact Embassy Freight Services. They are WCA Projects’ designated ground handler for this conference and will oversee sending all our conference materials to the conference venue and will have easy access to the conference center.
