Included in Delegate Registration Fees:

  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours and other programs as stated.
Included in Spouse Fees:

  • Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except the Tour.

Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)
  • Tour

(your registration will be incomplete until payment has been received by WCAworld) 		IMMEDIATELY at time of Registration
(an official invoice will be sent to you within the following work day)
Amendments to Delegate Information: You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 23 May 2025 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7).

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above mentioned date then please send an email to registration_regional@wcaworld.com

AFTER
Friday, 16 May 2025, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7)		 No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel or edit your conference registration details by logging on to the Registration Page.

Logon to the Registration Page to make any required changes to your delegate details.
You can edit your own delegate details until Friday, 16 May 2025.
