Warning: The USA government website pertaining to visas states that visas can take anywhere from several weeks to several months to obtain, so please start applying for one immediately if you require one to enter the USA. We have heard that it can take up to six months for some people to obtain the visa.

Invitation Letter. WCA can provide you with an invitation letter. However, you need to register for the conference before you can download the form letter from inside the Registration / Shopping Cart area of this website. You should apply for a Visitor Visa (B) in order to attend a business conference.
WCA will only assist you with documents required to attend this conference provided they are within our scope. If you plan on being in the U.S. for other purposes other than attending this conference then we will not be able to assist you.
Invitation Letter. You must be registered for the conference in order to download the invitation letter template. Please download the template by logging on at https://conferences.wcaworld.com/WCARegional2025/info/#registration. Then scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and click on DOWNLOAD INVITATION LETTER. Instructions are found on page 1.
