Included in Delegate Registration Fees:

  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours, Golf, Football tournament, Relo and DG cocktail receptions
Included in Spouse Fees:

  • Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Tours, Golf, Football tournament, Relo and DG cocktail receptions

Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)
  • Tour
  • Golf
  • Football Tournament
  • Breakout cocktail receptions such as Relo and DG

PAYMENT:

Payment:

New WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of registering. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again. 		IMMEDIATELY at time of Registration (a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)
Amendments to Delegate Information: You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 09 February 2024 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7)

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above mentioned date then please send an email to registration@wcaworld.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WITHIN
Friday, 9 February 2024, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).		 100% refund
AFTER
Friday, 9 February 2024, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).		 No Refund
  • Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges even if you did not pay your registration fee (you will be barred from registering for future conferences until payment is received).
  • You will not be considered as registered in our system unless you made immediate payment at the time of registering.
  • You can cancel or edit your conference registration details by logging on to the Registration Page.

Logon to the Registration Page to make any required changes to your delegate details.
You can edit your own delegate details until Friday, 9 February 2024.
