PAYMENT
- PARTNER PAY is THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
- Applicable for payments made through Partner Pay only: USD 50 discount (per registered attendee per conference) will be credited to your Partner Pay account immediately after the conference. Applicable when paying normal conference prices only.
- Payment should be made immediately. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received.
- Accommodation: You will be required to pay for the full period of your bookings. Please make sure to visit the webpage regarding accommodations for more information on the hotels' check-in, check-out, and cancellation policies.
- Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can advise alternative payment methods.
