ORDERING

• Cocktail Sponsor Package can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (located under Conference Details menu) or by clicking on the  button on this page.
• Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information.
• Cocktail Sponsor packages are limited in number and will be sold on a First Come-First Served basis.

PAYMENT

• PARTNER PAY is THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
• Shortly after placing your order, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
• Payment should be made immediately (your company logo will not appear on the event website or event adverts/inserts until payment has been received for your sponsor package).
• Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can advise alternative payment methods.
