TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sponsorship is exclusive to ONE company per conference only.
Sponsorship will be on First Come – First Served basis and you will need to settle payment by the set deadline in order to have your sponsorship confirmed.
WCA reserves the right to sell this sponsorship to other members if you do not settle your payment on time. This form of sponsorship is very popular and in high demand.

PAYMENT

PARTNER PAY is THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
Shortly after confirming your order, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
Payment should be made immediately in order to secure your order. This is a very popular sponsor item and sells out quickly.
Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can provide you with alternative means to pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Date	Cancellation Charge
Up to and including Tuesday, 25^th December 2018	50% of the total sponsorship package fee
AFTER Tuesday, 25^th December 2018	75% of the total sponsorship package fee
