Note that all members are limited to a maximum of One Full page advertisement in the conference directory (USB Thumb Drive format) regardless how many booths/sponsorships or a combination both they have taken. This does not apply to Signature Event Sponsors and Official Conference Sponsors who will receive a maximum of Two Full pages of advertising.
ORDERING
- Awards Dinner Sponsorship can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (located under Conference Details menu) or by clicking on the
button on this page. - Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information.
PAYMENT
- PARTNER PAY IS THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
- Shortly after confirming your order, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
- Payment should be made immediately in order to secure your order. This is a very popular sponsor item and sells out quickly.
- Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can advise alternative payment methods.
